1. Tour Package Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

All cancellations must be submitted via email at info@vrindavantourplan.com or by contacting our customer care team.

2. Vrindavan Local Services (e.g., Hotel Bookings, Local Cabs)

Refunds for local bookings depend on third-party partner policies.

We'll always try to get you the best possible refund based on the supplier’s terms.

3. Tour Postponement or Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their trip up to 5 days before departure without cancellation fees.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur price adjustments based on seasonal rates.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), customers will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule without extra charge.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Any processing fees, bank charges, or non-refundable third-party fees will be deducted.
